Im a big movie lover and love watching movies when they are first released, but like always whats a movie without some popcorn and drinks, but the astonishing price of food at cinema outlets is way out of what it should actually be.
I understand that margins should be met and all, and prices are generally exceeded, bu so much that it actually rips of people is actually bad. I mean popcorn cost something like Rs150 - Rs200 when the actual price should be around Rs50 - Rs70. I suppose its not a major issue, but when something which does really cost that much and you are overcharged for it, then its a point to be made and taken note of....although I would still go and buy the popcorn and drinks, but its something which I dont think I would do for every movie! Does anyone else think on the same lines as me??? |

why don't You take popcorn with you, so that you don't need to buy popcorn from there.
By the by i am now planning of making popcorn store in cinemas at a reasonable price. |

However the price of popcorn in the cinema is very expensive, it is also sold quickly. Because It is nearly a theatre cultrure. When we go to the cinema, we ofen spend without hesitating.
