We had a very bitter experience at the above location yesterday when we went
to see Raajneeti for the 8:30 PM show. We took the tickets and we were not
told where to go and which lift to catch. This wasted our time as we went to
see the movie with my old parents.

Then after much struggle when we went to the cinema, the movie was already
over by half an hour. Then we called the manager Mr. Biplab Datta. We
requested him to accomodate us in the next show at 9:20 Pm which he agreed.
Then suddenly he refused and then started misbehaving with us. He even
pushed my old father and bad mouthed us. We missed the show for nearly one
hour.

Please make arrangements to refund the money back.
