Default Non receipt of amount for unsucessful trasaction from bookmyshow

Dear Sir,

I tried to book movie ticket online on 16.07.2010 through “bookmyshow.com”. After providing all the details including card number, PIN etc. the system finally displayed “technical error” and came out from the menu. I did not receive any mail as well as SMS for this. I attempted second time. Second time also I got the same error but I received SMS on my mobile with booking ID. For the first attempt I contacted help desk of “bookmyshow” over phone. They told me that your transaction was not successful and amount would be credited to my credit card account within one week or so. I checked my card account after one week but I found that amount was not credited. Again I contacted them over phone. They asked me to send e-mail to their help desk in this regard. Through mail they provided me ticket ID (Ticket ID and other details are mentioned herebelow).
In between I contacted them many times over phone as well as through mail but they did not refund the amount.
On 11.08.2010 I received one mail from them. In this mail they told me that my transaction was successful. I immediately contacted them over phone and told that till date you were telling that transaction was not successful; suddenly you were telling that it was successful. I told them that I did not receive any information either through SMS or email. They asked me to send e-mail in this regard. I sent mail to them on 12.08.2010. So far I have not received any further mail. 4-5 days back I contacted them over phone. They simply replied that e-mail will be sent to me in due course. When it will come I do not know.
Details of my transaction:
1. Ticket ID provided later on by them – 234776
2. E-mail address provided by me at the time of booking tickets –

3. Mobile No. provided by me at the time booking – 9867002185
4. Amount – Rs.433.09

I request you to help me to get my problem solved and amount to be credited to my account.

Angry Book My Show Fraud

Same Thing I am facing, I booked tickets for the movie Dabang & the page said "Technical Error". I thought that may be the booking did not happened at all, but when I was going to try second time I got sms from my bank that I have been debited for purchasing tickets from BMS.
I called their helpline & got a response that I will get a payment reversal within 4-5 days its been 13 days now & they have not turned up.

Its really very annoying.
