actually i was trying to book 2 tickets online for movie Dabangg dated 18/09/10 for PVR Priya and meanwhile the booking process after selecting internet banking for transaction from State bank of India Rs. 430/ were deducted from my account but a failed message appeared showing that Failed to book ticket and your deducted amount will be refunded to you. But till now i have not got my deducted amount back. The transaction details for that booking are as follows

and regarding the same problem i tried to contact, on 01/10/10, the PVR authorities @ following e-mail id ..

but till now i didnt get any information...

Please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

On 24th November, I tried to book 3 tickets total for Rs. 345, for the movie ' Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'. i had booked 3 tickets for harry potter and the deathly hallows on 21st nov at pvr cinemas ,kormangala, bangalore,the amount being Rs 930. Since my session expired, my tickets were not booked but the amount was deducted from my account.I got a message that my amount will be refunded in 3 working days.I sent many mails to their customer support but i haven't got any response yet.

can anybody tell me how to book a tickets for pvr cinema i want to book tickets for rockstar so please help me . because last time i want to see the dabang movie
but there was housefull thats why this time i want to book a ticket in advance.
and please tell me the the rate of this movie and what is the fair of this movie.
