Dear Sir,
I tried to book "Boss (E) Baskaran" movie ticket online on 08.09.2010 through “agscinemas.com”. After providing all the details including bank user id,banking password, etc. the system finally displayed “technical error” and came out from the menu. I did not receive any mail as well as SMS for this..After the first attempt I contacted help desk of “agscinemas” over phone. They told me that ticket booking in "ags cinemas" website is temporarily not possible and they asked me to book tickets in "bookmyshow" website and confirmed me that the amount which has been debited in my first attempt would be credited to my bank account within 15 bank working days..So i booked tickets in "bookmyshow" website.I received SMS on my mobile with booking ID. Then after 20 days I checked my bank account but I found that amount was not credited from agscinemas..Again I contacted them over phone on 28.09.2010..They just asked my contact number and Name and told me that they will get back to me next day...After two days i contacted them again over the phone and again a girl named Priya told me that her Manager Mr.Dinesh was on leave for the past one week..She Said that her manager will be back on 30.09.2010 and he will definetly sort out the issue on that same day...From 01.10.2010 Daily Till today i Contacted them over phone for several times but they are simply saying manager is busy and will get back to you soon...But i didn't even get a phone call till now from them regarding the issue..They have not provided me complaint ID also..(Ticket Details and other details are mentioned herebelow).
In between I contacted them many times over phone as well as through mail but they did not refund the amount..
I immediately contacted Priya over phone and told her that I did not receive any information either through SMS or email.She asked me to send e-mail to her Manger Mr.Dinesh in this regard. I sent mail to Mr.Dinesh(AGS Cinemas Manager) on 15.10.2010. So far I have not received any further mail. 4-5 days back I contacted them over phone. They simply replied that come directly to the Theatre and address the issue...I already spent more money by contacting them over phone...So i couldn't go there again by spending money again...So they are also least bothered about the issue..When it will come I still do not know.
