We booked 8 tickets online for "Älvin and the chipmunks" 16:50 hrs show on 25th December 2011 - Booking ID "SAKT0001922583" and INR 1720/- paid

Due to bad traffic for 2 hours, our children fell sick and we missed the show.

We appealed to PVR Cinemas to kindly give us tickets for any other show but they flatly refused saying "not as per policy".

They were not willing to consider at all. they could have found so many solutions but they were not even willing to consider.
