I , Rashmi Chandra , was trying to book tickets at 12.30 pm (07 August,2010) for movie " INCEPTION " of 11am show of 08 August,2010 for the seats F 7,8,9 . I didn't get tickets booked, but 420 Rs got deducted from my Deutsche Bank Account . I have clear statement of Deutsche Bank that money got transferred to Mayajaal.

I hereby requested them to please return 420 Rs to my Deutsche Bank Account , Nugambakkam Branch, Chennai as early as possible.
There response was this:
{"If tickets are not booked and money is debited from your account that money will get credited back to your account within 5 working days (Sat, Aug 7, 2010 at 6:58 PM I got this mail) form the bank, if that does not happen please contact us. But till this time it had been more than 10 working days they have not returned my money as well they are not giving any response of my mail or telephonic query.
What steps I should take in this situation ,Please help me.
