I am a subscriber of BigFlix and have paid for an annual subscription. For the past 10 days I have been trying to login to order a film. I just can not log in. I have reached their Call Center no. Which either just puts yo on hold or gets disconnected. I have sent several e-mail to their Customer Care address which has an automated response saying "we will get back" but no one does. They have closed most of their stores and in any case there is nothing nearby where I can go. Having collected an annual subscription this is a clear rip-off and I feel like a fool for having paid for the full year.
I would like to know if this is what other subscribers are also facing and what can I do to get a resolution to this problem ?
