I enrollerd for a free 14 day trial online with bigflix using my debit card of Indian Bank on 2nd June 2010. Just during the time of filling in the form they took my card details and charged Rs. 450, the fee of 1 month subscription, from my account.
As told i cancelled this free trial on the date told to me as per rules on 15 june 2010 but the money charged has not been refunded yet. When asked agian and again they are saying that the money was blocked and your bank has been intimated about this, when asked from indian bank they sais we do not have any kind of intimation with us. Please guide.

They are Thieves, that's how they have put on such a big empire by stealing from the people & the exchequer.
They did the same with me too.
Put a dispute on the amount with the Credit Card Folks & log a complaint with the Consumer Court Online. Also drop a mail to the top management of Bigflix from them to know of their unlawful modus operandi!!
