Hello,
On 30th December 2011, I tried to book 5 movie
tickets for Don2 but due to some reason the transaction failed. I was however charged Rs:582.75 twice- one for a failed transaction and one for a successful transaction. I use a Punjab national Bank debit card.
Rs. 582.75 was debited twice (Total: Rs.1165.50 ) from my PNB Bank
account but no confirmation received by text or email. I called PNB
Bank the next day and was asked to call Bookmyshow Customer Support. When I called,
I was asked to email them. I've been emailing them on this with all the details that they have asked.
But now they have stopped communicating completely. The last email that I received from them was a bulk mail that they send everytime you send them a mail.
It was as below:
Dear Mr. Awasthi,
Thank you for writing to us.
We have checked with our database and found one unsuccessful transaction on 30 Dec 2011, 3:10 PM for which your tickets were not confirmed. The refund for the same had already been processed from our end on 30 Dec 2011, 18:32 PM. The amount for the same would surely be reflected in your account within 7-8 working days from then. Your refund reversal code is 000067592669.
We request you to quote the above mentioned reference code to your card issuing bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement and assist us with the screenshot of the same incase of any discrepancies.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
