Hello,
On 31st December 2010, at around 7:45pm I tried to book 2 movie
tickets for Movietime on my handset through mshop. Its an ICICI Bank application.
Rs. 273.00 was debited twice (Total: Rs. 546) from my ICICI Bank
account but no confirmation received by text or email. I called ICICI
Bank the next day and was asked to call Bookmyshow Customer Support. When I called,
I was asked to email them. I've been emailing them on this with all the details that they have asked.
But now they have stopped communicating completely. The last email that I received from them was: Dear Ms. D'souza,
We acknowledge the receipt of your email. Further, would revert with an appropriate response on your concern at the earliest.
We look forward to serve you soon.
