sir, i am manoj singh chauhan from gwalior, ihad booked movie ticket from mobile banking through icici bank i.e mshop the bank withdrawl my 1060 rupees on 05 Nov 2010. but when i reached to cinemahall the rep which is present on counter he say sir there is no any booking. then i contact to ICICI help line he say sir, if your ticket was not booked definetly your deducted amount will refund but at present time, 05 to 07 Nov 2010 there was holiday.with in ten day it will came back in your account. but after 10 days i have again contact with ICICI bank help line There Was Mr Raj, je told me sir, your amount is withdrawal by bookmy show please contact with them the authority is undermentioned;

and ICICI bank complaint No is 158203541 dt 18 Nov 2010 at 1150hrs.

Hello

I had booked 2 tickets from Book my show yesterday. Amount 273.10 Rs. Using Axis bank net banking. The money got debited but i received a SMS from TD-Bms on my mobile that the tickets could not be booked. exact SMS: We are sorry that your payment for Singham PVS Cinema, meerut Audi 3 failed. Please try again later.

I tried again and second time it got booked successfully with again 273.10 rs debited from my account.

Please respond to this post and refund my money AsAp for my first booking that failed. The transaction details for the amount debited are: ICONN/30524405/240711/BOOKMYSHOW.COM
