Unauthorised payment
I am being charged amount of Rs 2500/- Pm for the last two months i.e Sept.2011 & Oct 2011 by way of ECS through my Canara Bank Debit card. This is totally unauthorised as I had just registered in their website for 05 days premium service- Free trial, this was the membership description which was told to me during registrstion, It was clearly stated that no billing shall be charged to me since this is a free trial, please help me to get my money refunded, & als tell me as to how I shall stop this ECS being debited from my account.This is afraud company as they are not answering to my mails.Please suggest help.

You probably didnt read the terms and conditions when you signed up for your free trial. This is a line from their terms page on Megaflix.net movie rental website :


"We will begin billing your Payment Method for monthly membership fees at the end of the free trial period of your membership unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period."

This doesn't look like an unauthorized payment unless you cancelled your membership within the trial period.
