I bought a Dell laptop and got 1month of free trail of seventymm.com. After 1 month, I called them to cancel my account. They told that my account got cancelled and would get my amount after 15 days. It's already been 2 months and my seventymm account still active and even i didnot get my amount back. I am calling daily and each time they are saying some technical problem. Please help me.

I have recently purchased a Dell Laptop (Dell Inspiron R15). Along with the laptop i have got a "seventymm" Rental services trial offer which is of 28 days. A week after i purchased Dell laptop i have created a login account in "seventymm.com". To my surprise, the next day i got a call from "seventymm.com" customer care asking me to avail the trail period offer which i got along with my laptop. So, i have finally agreed to get registered and i provided my debit card details . They said nothing would be deducted as i'm availing a trial offer. Again, to my surprise an amount of 899/- got deducted from my account. So, i called seventymm customer care asking them why the amount got deducted, they gave me an assurance saying that after the trail offer (of 28 days), i would get back the complete amount that got deducted from my account.
The service during my trial period was horrible.They have updated my contact number to a number which i dont even know, and whenever i called them for rental service they used to say that "we tried reaching your mobile, but it always says not reacahble". Finally, i figured out that they updated wrong contact number of mine (I dont know why?).
I got frustrated with the service, so i thought better to cancel my registration and get back the amount that was deducted. I asked the customer care people to cancel my registration and the credit the amount. I have even sent mails to "support@seventymm.com" to cancel my registration. But they used to tell me that since im in a trial perod, better utilize it before cancelling. So, finally after 28 days i called them back and have even sent them a mail (infact countless calls and mails) to cancel the regstration and credit the amount. But i used to get replies (very rarely, i think 1 reply for every 10 mails) saying that your amount would be credited in 21 workin days and we have taken up your request for cancellation and finance team would soon get in touch with you.(i can share those mails as proof).
Its been almost more that 2 months now, and neither their customer support nor finance team have called me. I still didn't get the amount credited to my account. The worst thing is my account is still active (that too after making countless calls and sending countless number of mails).
So, please do the needful to me. My seventymm ID: 658460.
