Default Seventymm movie rental service review

Dear Sir

The staff from Seventy mm had bothered me 03 months back and agian bothered me many many times to take the membership saying that the services are good and I will watch a movie every day with the best prints, delivered any time.

I was given to understand from seventy mm that I can choose a movie every day every 06 days of the week. I could hire a movie through a phone call, sms or through the net.

I have tried several times to book a movie and they have told me the movie is under circulation. After getting a message on the movie being available. I had sent them 03 sms's and made several calls. The phone number is always busy and incase I get through there is a recorded message saying that they will call me back and there has been no response for the past 02 days.

Their services are pathetic and its a wast of my prescious time. I have requested them to refund my money as I cannot invest so much time trying to book a movie. I have not utilised any services and they have still not reverted to my mail even after several reminders.

Kindly request you to speak to them immediately and get my money refunded and compensate for the time that i have lost.

Default Poor Services from seventy MM

I am really dis-statisfied by the services provided by Seventy MM

As a new member i have joined Seventy MM... I was assured that services will be good..

After couple of deliveries i have requested via online to pickup movies... and called Customer services desk for picking up movies i was told that within 2 or 3 days movies will be picked up now its more than 3 weeks no one turned up...

Every time i call service desk i get same thing " Really sorry for the inconvenience caused a pickup will be organizised within 2 or 3 days "

Even while booking movies there is big hazzle

Default One of the biggest cheaters.... worst service

Hi,

This is Jitesh M Nair... i am from Mumbai... i was an earlier member of Seventymm and after the expiry i did not renew till last month after they kept on pestering me about their schemes and free gifts...

Well i renewed my membership on 27th October 2010 and right away ordered a CD.... but the joke was on me... in the sense that i never received it... and on top of it every morning i receive a message that it has not been delivered due to Traffic congestion.. well i do not know who thought of that excuse...anyway when i called up Seventymm everytime they assured that i will getting the delivery today.... but still waiting.... what i suggest is that such fraudsters should be humiliated in public and their assets freezed so that they can know how much it hurts to lose one's hard earned money... of course in their case "HARD CHEATED MONEY".... Well i have got all the SMS's as proof... If you can tell me how to initiate legal action or what to do i will be highly appreciate it.... I would like to see how we consumers can depend on you to provide us justice,,,

Angry SeventyMM poor service and disc quality

I took a one year membership. But every other movie disc is bad and scratched.
They promise to provide replacement disc but don't provide extra time to watch the movie.
They then start saying that the membership is expired and demand more money to continue.

Hi,

Let me go on record and say that seventymm is duping people. When i took the membership they were quick enough to collect the money, but after that i am still waiting for my first rental movie ( from seventymm) to come across. and on the top of it they are sending me sms that movie is still with me, when should we come and collect it. I was totally taken aback.After almost one and a half month i am getting a call fom somebody with american accent that somebody would be gatting back to me soon. that SOON has not come back. Please refund me my money. I had paid 899 on 13th oct.

Get me the money otherwise i will see you in consumer court.

Angry SeventyMM not refunding my money

Dear Consumer Court Representative,

I have had booked a Mitashi 32'' LED TV with seventymm.com, after 3 weeks they called up and told that product is not available in stock so I asked them to refund my money back and they said they will refund my money. After next 2 weeks one of representative of seventymm called up again and asked my order was cancelled, do I want to purchase anything else or want refund. I told him that I have placed refund request 2 weeks back, but he said records don't show any such information. So I asked him to put a fresh request for refund.
next 3 weeks and no refund, no contact. I shoot an email for which they replied they have initiated the process and it was take 10-12 days to refund as it is bank process. its 20 days today, I don't see any refund, they don't reply my email at all.

Can you please look into it? My order number was : SMA0023495, amount paid 20,505 Rs.
Please let me know if you need any information from my end. Thanks so much.
