dear sir/medam,

i am utpal modi. i take a membership of cambay family holiday on 20/09/2009. i pay down payment of 18105/- of my membership prise of 108630/-. they gives me 12 emi of 7545/-. then they sent me a wrong confermiton letter. they sent me 2 letters of my membership. and then one of executive come to my office for cheques for ecs. i give him a cheque and i sign on ecs form too. but they not started my ecs and i contect them lots of time but they not giving reply properly. my membership num is CFH000001799. and i continue contcect them but no one giving me proper reply. and my money is still block.

so please tell me wat i do and wat u can help me.

Do you have any postal address of that Co. If yes then send your complaint to them through registered post or courier and keep a copy of that letter with you. If you do not get the solution from the Co. then you can also file a case in consumer forum against the Co.

I agree with you Mr. Dhawan they are a fraud company.I also faced a similar problem as yours.And the guy Varun kalra manager of noida branch I am definately going to put him behind bars he is the biggest cheter I met.And he respondent not well with me.

Any ways the guys who are the same victim I am please let me know so that we will take action accordingly.
