I have properly filled the Associate Membership form & Paid the required Associate Membership Charges of Rs. 100/- by cheque No.201840 dated 15th August 2008 Drawn on UCO Bank Kandivali Branch in the name of Gokul Gaurav Co. Op. Hsg. Society Ltd. & being admitted as Associate Member in the society records as well as in the share certificate by M.G. Meeting dated 20th Nov 2008 by the earlier Committee.

Now the new managing came to power by 8th October 2010. After almost ten & Half Months they gave me a letter given me on 27th August 2011,they cancelled my Associate Membership stating "Discrepancy in Minutes” "as per Rule 19 of MCS Act Procedure".

Is their any law deprive the rights of Associate Membership simply mentioned in the Letter.
