I went to a new year's party last night with a friend of mine shelling out Rs.2000 per head hoping for some good service and food. Let alone food there was no place to stand and even after waiting right until 12 AM we didn't get a single serving of food since it was so over-crowded and then we were shocked when they told us that the food was over. We walked out and are hoping for a full refund thanks. It is located on the outskirts of Bangalore on the way to the international airport and we specifically chose this since we thought the rates were "reasonable" but least did we know it would turn out to be like this what promised to be a grand party. Height of bad service. Kindly requesting Consumer forum Bangalore to take cognizance and order them to refund our money immediately.
