I am yet another victim of Club Mahindra, being robbed my hard earned Money by Club Mahindra. Now no one is willing to listen to me in entire gang of thieves. Ive had a derogatory experience.9361511840 chennai office calld informing i won a luck prize for shopping at max. I had informed that im not married and will send my family. She did not specify it has to be couples. When my mom & sisinlaw reached mahindra asked them to leave as they are not couples. This is the most insulting/demeaning experience. If its a honey moon packagage mahindra should issue the luck draw only yo couples and not everybody. On the other hand my mom is a widow and my bro travels out of station often and my mom makes the financial decision. If thisis the treatment why does mahindra gives false promise to customers. If you need couples to attend presentatation why does your package offer for a family. Does mahindra understand the meaning of family.
I now thorughly understand the class and standards of your brand name. I don understand the econcept if soemone wins a lucky draw you just reward them and not not have conditions apply. Else, do not false promise your customers. |
