    Hi,
    This is Nitin Mehta; I have membership with club mahindra holidays .
    I have issue with your club that your people had lied to me regarding membership plan & free holidays. And now I want discontinue with your club and I want my money back which I had paid to you.


    If you want to know more about it then call on my cell then I'll tell you in brief.

    This is Nitin Mehta i had made this complaint many times that I was not explained in a proper way about the rules of your club ie. I cant withdraw my membership if i have to i will have to find a member myself when i bought your blue studio membership it was costing lesser than today then also your marketing executive who told me that he will transfer my membership if i dont find it suitable now he is not ready to reply my messages my calls.
    I have not taken a single vacation, when I mailed regarding planning my himachal trip i was told my holdays start from september when i told i have to still use my free coupons then also there was no reply. Now when i month of Dec i am looking for a trip to Goa I am been told that mine is a blue studio so i cant book in this season,and i know people who just attend your meetings get free stay vouchers and enjoy in dec while we being a member have to listen to all such excuses this is very very unfair Now i am getting calls for something called as ASF which i was not told before but then also i have to pay as i am stuck else my whole money would be lost which has been paid till date.
    Yes before few months i got a call from Ms sheetal but frankly she was just eaplaining the rules of your company which only forces me to keep this membership.
    I would just like to request you to give me my money back as you can very well transfer my membership to any one even he will get a benefit as the prices have increased.If you cant do that atleast give me a holiday of that amount.
    Waiting for your prompt reply this time i think it wont be someone who will explain me the rules of your company which should have been told when i bought this membership in blind faith.

    eagerly waiting for a reply with a solution hope you being the senior can resolve it .Everyday i am getting calls for ASF which i told i will pay as i have to as i am stuck but then atleast i need some justification for my money

    I got a call from your member relations but agian the same thing just explaining the rules and regulations of club mahindra which the marketing guy from your side never told while selling the membership what a cheat now they are jsut asking to pay my ASF and carry on as nothing cna be done i think i need to go to the court for this to get my money as fighting on phone will not solve the issue as these people are just trained to speak same language they wont understand how peiople are misguided to sell their membership they wont understand what hard earned money is.I reques Mr Anand Mahindra whom i respect a lot to look into this matter and take it seriously as these people are spoiling his reputation.
