I joined as White-Studio Member in 2008. I did not receive free flight vouchers, or free food vouchers as promised during joining. I received one complimentary holiday.

After that I was continuously denied accommodation for last two years. Now I have sent them the request to cancel my membership considering the fact that they are highly over booked.

They are refusing to return the money despite my cancellation request.

I have purchased a club mahindra white studio - 33 yrs. At the time of purchase they told me that I can upgrade to red studio at any time of my membership and I would need to pay the difference for white and red studio for the no of years which are unutilised. But now when I approached them for upgrading , they are demanding the money for full 33 years, though my remaining membership period is only 23 years.
This is clear case of cheating. How can they demand payment for 33 years when they are going to
provide holidays for only 23 remaining years. I have tried to contact their manager but nobody is bothered to reply.

Further we were told that we can get bookings easily is all false. 99% of the time there resorts are full.
So we have to adjust our holidays according to their availablity.
