hello there , i(MRS.DEEPALI MAMANIA) and my husband had taken the membership of club mahindra last year , but due to some reason we could'nt continue the membership which i had informed them on time... But , there was no response from the branch office , mulund (r-mall).. Later on , i called on the main office at bangalore , the executive promised me that he would look into the matter and refund me back the down payment.. No response after that given for the same...
After a year , i and my husband went back to Club Mahindra , asking them to renew that membership , they said its not possible , we took new membership , after 2 EMI's given , we are getting calls from the club's head office , Vashi as well as Bangalore for the renewal of the old membership again and again .... After telling them more than 4 times about the misguide from the mulund branch as well as no respond in the beginning of the 1st membership , we are only being convinced that the problem will be solved , but no proper guidance is given or not even any action has been taken by the club mahindra staff... No staff is trained properly as they talk whatever they feel which is not helpful to us... plus , we are provided samsung tv instead of sony tv for the membership.. We are really pitched off by evey1 at club mahindra , my only interest is to provide me back my down payment done for the 1st membership asap.... my father , Mr JAYENDRA GALA , had also taken the membership which was not being confirmed initially by us..and the down payment made by us for my father's membership was in april 2010 , from club mahindra mulund branch .... but the system shows that we had made payment from january 2010 and so they asked us to pay interest as the emi's were not paid,,,they had not informed us that we had to pay interest amount if we were late for the payment of EMI's , which was not our fault... there is no communication done properly from club mahindra to us after the membership was taken , which is a fraud.... AFTER SENDING CLUB MAHINDRA MAIL ID , so many times , still there ws no response nor they revert back for the calls... take care before taking the membership of club mahindra |

Club Mahindra is fault, there will be no reply coming frm CM for this complain, & the cusumer forum which we think that it is useful for the people, but it is not
