Hello...This is Nitin Kalra..i am badly cheated by Club Mahindra..On 19th Nov '09 i got a call from Club Mahindra that i won a 3 day 4 night trip free of cost and i have to just visit the club mahindra office and collect the coupons..the very next day..i again received a call from club mahindra to remind that i need to collect my gift..
On 20th Nov '09 i visited Club Mahindra Office at Sector 35,Chandigarh and met Mr. Vinay and was referred to Mr. Vipul...
Now the Cheating Starts...i am being told that i will be given gift coupon after a session of 45 minutes..i was offered to have a studio package that costs Rs. 245120 ..and i was told to pay 10%(25420) in advance and 2 installments in the month of Jan'10 & Feb '10(after which i will be gifted One LCD TV,5 day free package,1 year RCE membership and Rs. 500 food coupons) and i was told that my monthly EMI's would start after 1.5 year after giving the initial 2 installements..i agreed to take the package and was told to swipe my card so that 2 monthly installements could be debited from me...and i sgined up the form for the same...but surpisingly in the month of March also i observed that the installements are still continue and club mahindra is continuously debiting the same amount oif Rs. 5687 to me...i informed the bank to reverse the money in my account but was told that the same needs to be taken up with Club mahindra and after their go ahead my money will be reversed back...now after that i am regularly chasing up with Mr.Vinay for reversal of payments but unable to get any positive response or refund...I am fooled by Club Mahindra..request you to pls take it up for refund of payment and Rs.20000 as compensation for harrasment.
