Our membership number is 1933050.We have taken membership in June 2010. We have promised by your staff sitting at the Gold adlabs office situted in kalyani nagar, pune that we will get Rs. 8000/- vouchers but received only of Rs. 6000/-. We also got a free holiday of 5 nights which we have booked 2-3 months in advance at Naukauchital and Binsar from 20-25 th sep 2010 . As in the news, there was flood in some parts of the uttarakhand so we kept calling both of your resorts from one week to 10 days(talked to MS. Ribika in Naukauchital) prior to the day of the departure till 2-3 before reaching there. But I don't know why none of your staff or the customer care people have informed of the such a bad condition of the road, landslides, roads cut, and the weather. They kept sending us the welcome mails and sms's.On reaching Nauchuchital, we got the shocking news that the road to Binsar resort is cut. Also many trains were cancelled from kathgodam. The resort at Naukauchital was in a bad shape. We have spent only one night and 2 days in the resort with lot of the mental tension. We have wasted around Rs.50,000 on flight tickets, taxis , food. Again we struck in Kathgodam for 2-3 days as many trains were cancelled and diverted. We stayed in a small hotel. All this happened because there was no communication from any of your staff about the bad weather, connecting roads etc. If they have intimated us well in advance then we have cancelled this trip and have not boarded train from Delhi on 19th sep 2010.
Now , we want the compensation for the money we have wasted, hoildays, leave etc . otherwise i will take this matter up .
