We are a member of Club Mahindra holidays, our membership ID being 2307623. As part of the membership offer, we were supposed to receive a Sony Bravia LCD TV on realization of down payment and 3 EMIs to the company. The third EMI was realized as on 9th August 2011. We have not received the same even though we continue to pay EMI. We have initiated complaints with the member relations center many times since August and everytime we have been promised that the will be delivered to us within 2 days, but we have not received it till now. Our customer service experience with Club Mahindra is extremely bad as there had been no action against our repeated complaints ever and we have requested them to cancel our membership which they have not still done.
