Matter Details:

Myself and my family was called by Country vacations club for a presentation regarding their services.I opted for the services by paying Rs. 90000/- on 10 th Oct.2009.I started follow up for getting the membership card.There were only calls ,follow up and visits from my side for 3 to 4 months.I really got worried on the amount I invested and the promises made by the Country vacations Team..All the receipts are attached (Xerox copies of the receipts of money paid )I decided to launch a customer service complaint with Country vacations.I wrote to them about cancellation of my membership.Ref. the dates of different mail communications.I personally went to there office and met Mr.Praveen Kumar (9741412881)Manager Customer Service.With a couple of meeting (for more than 3/4 hrs discussion )I could really able to convince to Mr.Praveen the entire picture and he agreed for the refund after the necessary approvals.In the next meeting when I asked when I will get DD or cheque back, he told I will have to wait for one year after I took the services for the money.I told him give me a letter on your letter head stating about Refund of money ,amount and date.I got the letter in writing from him .(Xerox copy of the letter attached ).So when I started chasing Mr.Praveen after 10 th Oct-10,he started telling now we can not give your money back.As the management has changed,we can give you services.My question went back to him ,taking services has been ruled out by me,I have not taken the membership card itself depending on your failure on that,why you are telling again on that now.I decided to launch a complaint with Consumer court.

Interest of 1 year at the rate of 10 %=Rs. 9000/-
Total claim-Rs. 99000/-
The phone calls, the visits more than 20 times to Koromangala office and the mental stress can not be converted to money.

Enclosed:1. The Xerox copies of receipts of money paid.
2.Xerox copy of letter received from Country vacations.
3.Mail communications and MOM with the Manager.
4.All the SMS s done to the Manger,saved on my mobile.

Kindly help me in getting my refund back at the earliest.
