I wish to bring your kind attention towards the misleading and frauds done by country club, Delhi and country vacations members to their consumers.
The incomplete and bias information provided by the sales employees of the organization.
We were lured by the telemarketing person through a phone call by Country Club saying that we have won a gift voucher for for holidays.
They told us various features for the country club, about their resorts, their clubs, and their offers and showed imaginary things to enjoy our life in holidays through country club.They offered us the membership of 10 years and took Rs 60000. They said that if i pay by Axis Bank Credit Card my amount will be deducted in interest free EMIs as they have tie up with Axis bank. But surprisingly when i got the statement i was asked about my bank to pay the amount in lump sum. Now despite several emails and telephonic talks i have only been given assurances. I already had paid Rs.6000.00 as interest to bank.

I called at their Hyderabad number and i was provided two customer care number which no one is picking.

This club is totally a fraud and i want my money back along with the interest.

Please guide.

I am also a victim of the fraud of country club
they made same false promises to every body
and dont pick the phone afterwards

Absolutlely the same story happened with me and I agree with u that country club is a cheater club.I got my membership through Rajoury garden office.Pl. let me know if any development is done in yr case?

They have ensured me to convert the membership amount into 36 months but they failed to do so. I am still paying an heafty amount on my credit card which i can no tafford. I have raised this issue to their management as well but Now they have also raise their hands on this. They told me to pay the whole amount and they will give 2000 food coupons as compensations. They have also told us misleading statments on AMC amount.

I want to raise a case against them and I want my money back. please suggest me how should i move forward.
