I wish to bring your kind attention towards the misleading and frauds done by country club and country vacations members to their consumers.
The incomplete and bias information provided by the sales employees of the organization.
We were called by the telemarketing person through a phone call by Country vacations.
They told us various features for the country club, about their resorts, their clubs, and their offers and showed imaginary things to enjoy our life in holidays through country club.They offered us the membership of 5 years and took 35000. They are not giving us the time even to think about all. When we read the papers we come to know that the admin charges are 6000 and later a person from country club calls and try to transfer the amount 35000 from country vactions to country club provided a zing plus offer took 20000 and promised to transfer the membership to someone else if not requried at any time. when we asked wheather facilities can be avalied by children above 25years.he said yes and told that we will ensure that all gets a card .I am 60 years and my chlidren are above 25 years. when we went to clarify the same from Admin of country club she informed no its only below 25years. They are fooling people with wrong information and we niether a member nor avaling the facilities and they are not even transfering the member ship nor refunding the complete amount back. Kindly help us in this regards.kindly we don't want their membership.

I would like to share my worst experience with Country club.They have cheated us and I would like to warn others if these people approach you for membership.Here is my story :

My father Mr Rabindra Bose agreed to take country club membership in May,2009 . It was promised by marketing personnel of Country club that the installment would be interest free if the payment is made through ICICI credit card.
Accordingly the payment was made by my father with his ICICI bank credit card of Rs 1,20,000. When an interest was charged by ICICI on the payment of the same then ICICI bank was contacted , and it was told that there is no such agreement with Country Club. As a result , ICICI charged a total amount of Rs 1,37,000 including interest.
Then he contacted country club(Mr Parasar Ghosh9836011669 and Sukhendu Mondal) and informed that he does not want the membership as the EMIs were not interest free as promised. In response they said that the amount was not credited their account and I can get that amount back from ICICI. But ICICI denied that and confirmed that the amount had already been taken by Country club.
I was unnecessarily harassed by country club and after a prolonged correspondence with country club they returned the interest part of it by paying Rs 34000 in Jan 2010 after degrading the membership status to Zing Premium .
After that I have made lot of correspondence to send us the membership documents to avail the facilities promised by them against the membership. Twice I submitted the documents by their request but till date I have not received any response from them .
They are simply ignoring us and taking us for a ride. They have blocked my hard earned money for last three years which is painful for me and my family.
So it has compelled me to appeal to the consumer court forum to take appropriate action against the country club to get back my hard earned money refunded. Your kind intervention is requested.
