This is the restaurant Ginger in kolkkata(hazra area) I am going to talk about..
I need to share one of the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant

Every club has their own rule, and I duly respect it.
But isn't it a customer's right to knoe the reason behind the rules?

Today I visited Ginger, Kolkata.

They do not allow chappals inside the dance floor.
They only allow shoes. When asked the reason behind this, I received no satisfactory answer rather ignorance.

When I said that this is not the service I was expecting I wad answered by saying "thik achhe sir".(it is okay sir).. But it was not at all okay for me.

Our national father Gandhiji always said

“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”

I think some business holder needs to know the meaning of it.

I just asked a question, may be invalid.. But I should have git an answer, Which I still do not have. Is this the way to behave to a customer?

I sincerely lodge my complaint not only to Ginger, hazra, kolkata.. but to all those business men/women, who forgot that customer should be answerable, no matter what question they ask for..Whether it is regarding wearing chappals or a any other foreign footwear..
