THAT TIME i want go to m****i between on 17 may 2009 from delhi upto 23 may 2009

That time i was asked to their sales executive please send me your
terms & conditions by mail but he send me only four images including
reebok offer and dont sent me any terms & conditions.


As per your sales executive i dont need to pay any other Amount
regarding this offer after booking but as per your terms & conditions
displayed on your website i will pay Rs 800 for each order why i will
pay? I was booked this offer specially for May & june month in 2009
for m****i & i was clearly ask to your executive and he accept it and
dont tell me any conditions that this offer is not valid for some
specific period. He also was not told me this voucher should me claim
within 60 days of invoice. For air ticket he dont clear me that ITBC
will pay only or only basic fare not any taxes. Your terms &
conditions shows i will pay other applicable taxes why when u did not
tell me at the time of booking. He tell me you can Booked your hotel &
flight by phone to us only before seven days from booking date
i feel very very unsatisfied, confused & afraid about ITBC service & my
tour programmes.
after one and half year
I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM ITBC REFUND DEPTT ON 15-10-2010
REGARDING MY REFUND OF RS 5200/- BY ITBC. ON CALL HE (MR RANJAN KUMAR) PROMISE ME THAT I WILL GET MY REFUND HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND I WILL GET REFUND CONFIRMATION MAIL VERY SHORTLY (WITHIN 2-3 DAYS) AND REFUND AMOUNT I WILL GET IN ONE MONTH BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FROM THEIR END.
I ALSO CALL THEM BUT NOW THEY ARE SIMPLY REFUSED THAT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
