1. I raised a complaint on 21.09.2011, Sales Executive met me on 01.10.2011, 11th day of the complaint raised, now Club Mahindra saying we can't cancel because it crossed 10 days. This is preplanned Sales Manager MR. Ankit RAJAN and MR Vijay Kumar M tried to mislead Club Mahindra and the Customer.
2. Also Sales Manager MR. Ankit RAJAN trying to misleading saying on the day 21.09.2011 you raised a query not a complaint, so he can’t cancel my membership and all non sense what he is speaking.
The way you guys made tense, frustration lot pain I have gone through, for all this you’re company going to pay.
The Member Relation executive will discuss all terms condition your company will record converstion with Customer. Can you guy produce recoding evidence that I have agreed your company terms and condition?
This is inform you all, I will approach legally, how come your company can’t cancel my membership and pay back to my down payment of 27500.
Because your company taken lot of time to response my payment had come and it bounced. Now it’s question my self-esteem with bank, it hurts my dignity.
I will go to put a damage suit 5 times of salary CTC.

01.10.2011 On the day 01.10.2011 Mr Vijay Kumar M approached me to explain, in our discussion he had misled and lied to me. I was unhappy about his approach clearly told him, at the movement I am not affordable to pay yearly maintenance fee. Please cancel my membership.

Points raised
ASF not informed- After the discussion with the concerned executive on 1st Oct on the issue, you said you will get back after 3 days and later there was no revert, Kindly send me the scan copy of presentation sheet and price list given to you at the time of signing for official clarification with the executive .
You had also agreed that there might be chances of you over heard it, You had also agreed that you had taken decision after consultation with your colleague in the same organization and the executive had spent 2 hours with you before you signed.
Holiday start date- You had concern on the issue, which got resolved on 1st Oct that after 3 Emi you are entitled for a bonus holiday which was offered a special offer. The regular holiday was in accordance with the welcome call which is technically after realization of 5 EMI. The same was clarified by Lavanya from member relation on a conference call.
DAE offer weeks- You had an issue on DAE weeks, you had been offered 2 weeks as discussed and signed by you on application form on 1st Oct-11.
Further Your request for cancellation had been discussed with the Branch Manager. As it falls after the recession period within 10 days time ,we need to take a special approval from the Zonal head. I Will update you ASAP on approval status.

It's really pathetic, unbearable relationship maintaining with your customers. I really dishonored of your company, shame of your company so many managerial guys working this company nobody taken an action on the complaint given.
Every time called to customer care they say same we are escalated to the top management, by tomorrow we will get call or answer from your branch office, poor guys say sorry to us but problem created by somebody else, nothing can answer more, really pity of them.
I really surprise to see this is how you are running the world class company and a matured organization works.
Please don’t forget fundamentals, most excellent way of marketing in India is mouth. Your no need spend millions of rupees in advertising, keep yourself transparent, reliable, and respect individual interests.
I given a complaint there were difference between Sales Guy picture and Customer Relations terms, immediately given a complaint 3238033 22.SEP.2011 by the time my application was not logged. The next day without resolving my issue my application logged that too without my concern. This really pathetic, very poor management. Once miss-understand come across it’s very difficult re-built it.
It all about really be transparent, people really not interested stay pay their money back within the stipulated time. That’s where your winning the confidence of customer, by short term you might lose some targets. But if see long way journey there studies telling you people feel positive on it, there are higher chances to come back and join the family of Club Mahindra.
Annad Mahindra might have dreams on this expanding of the company, but you guys are doing frankly speaking worst.
Why I am trying to persuading you guys only single reason I wish all Indian companies becomes world class companies, we need stand and say we are best in care, process, creative, Innovative etc…in the world.
This is final warning all you guys, I put this into the Consumer Court, and also I have collected many members mobile number who all victims of this company sorry to say cheated by the company (People Feeling).
Once the video completed presented in the news, let’s see who are all penalized, this impact only top management who managing the organization in discipline. I am going to use the mass communication sms, mms, email, news, estimated to reach 50% of corporate employees in India, remaining all spread by mouth.
I hope you understand the seriousnous, I am telling you at least for 2 years make sure you don’t get a single customer.

My dream to become the member of Club Mahindra in year 2004, Later was worked many places not come across an opportunity to join Club Mahindra.
Mr Vijay Kumar Sales guy approached me, I given a time to explained how Club Mahindra holidays, I really quite happy to join into Club. It looks pretty descent membership fee, I can enjoy the holidays for a 25 years.
Benefits offered me:
1. 3 days Club Mahindra Holidaya
2. 2 weeks international Holidays
3. Sony LCD 32”
4. 2 year RCI membership.
5. 8000 INR vouchers
Then few days after Customer Care (Member Relation) team called me, discussed about the benefits agreed with me. I really surprised to hear from Member Relations executive feel embraced to hear there is maintenance fee every year around 9000 INR.
I said Mr Vijay Kumar M(Sales - Executive) not discussed with me about yearly maintenance fee and raised complaint 3238033.
Then few days after Mr Vijay Kumar M approached me to explain, in our discussion he had misled and lied to me. I was unhappy about his approach clearly told him, at the movement I am not affordable to pay yearly maintenance fee. Please don’t log my application.
After few days I was called MR Vijay Kumar M, inquired I didn’t get any call from Member Relations askes him what is the status of my cancel application, he said your application is logged your membership id is so and so. I really frustrated and disgusted asked him in our discussion I clearly mention to him, not to log application and informed him I am not affordable to pay the yearly maintenance. In this case how can you log? Please reverse the transaction.
He said, tomorrow I will check with my Manager and let you know. I called him in the morning, he replied, it is not possible to reverse once logged it. I asked direct questions to him, I have raised a complaint, without informing to me how Club Mahindra logged my application. There is no answer and disconnected the call.
I had given a complaint 3238033 long back, without resolve my complaint and without inform to me how can logged my application? It’s clearly visible Mr Vijay Kumar M & his manager played cheap tricks without informing to me they have logged my application.
I really felt bad to hear this type behavior and unethical act from marketing guys of most renewed Mahindra Group of companies
I really tense and have called again the member relations team, inform them what happened, they really kind understand my concerns and replied to me, don’t worry we have able to see your complaint and extremely sorry to make you uncomfortable and taken a complaint She asked me to write a precise mail on entire issue.
I strongly believe that Annanad Mahindra Group maintain core values, ethical and respect the individual interests. Kindly take this serious not happened with any customer in the future.
I feel awkward because especially I am one of who inspired and motivated by Annand Mahindra from his strong leadership skills.
Kindly reverse my transaction, take this as serious and improve your process where without inform to the customer shouldn’t able to log the application. Teach how to be transparent and ethical to the customers. Keep educate your Sales Managers and Sales Executives with moral values and honor to the individual interests.
I had a lot of trust with Mahindra Group companies, now hesitated to believe because of this type of incidents.
I request you take this as high priority and reverse my transaction, inform to me by Monday on 08-OCT-2011.
