I m also facing the similar problem from the club mahindra.
I bought this membership from the NOIDA, centerstage mall office on 25/05/2010 when they called upon by informing about lucky draw winner stuff and hearing their offers.The decision I would regret later.
After buying the membership , I decide not to continue with it. I notified the sales person (Sharoz Khan and his senior M. A. Khan aka MAK ) in 10 days period written in the membership document. But these two people said due to closing of the month they have already sent the request to main office and things are out of their hand, now you directly talk to main office or go through customer care.
I was shocked.After making the payment to them of Rs. 26570/- on 25/05/2010 they denied to return it back.
I later on mailed to feedback@clubmahindra.com and called to customer care they said your cancellation request is on process.
But even now I am getting ECS request from club mahindra and my money is not being returned.
And Some ECS request has been successful which is increaing my loss and this company's profit.
I dont know How these people are managing to continue with so many people are suffering from their wrongdoing .
I dont know how many more people will suffer like me from similar fates due to their malpractice.
