I think it was one of the most regretful decisions I took when I decided to Join Club Mahindra Holidays and took a White Membership No - 2347471 in early June 2011. In the month of July itself I came to know that I will be transfered to US by my company and hence wrote to Club Mahindra to cancel my membership. Since then their Retention services team has been procastinating the whole issue and my interactions with Mr Vinay and Mr Ajit, did not yield any results and now after my insistance to Cancel my Membership, having paid Rs 82343.00 ( Initial 35660 + 3 EMIs of Rs 15561 each), I am being informed that NO REFUNDS will be given as this seems to be mentioned in terms and conditions ??? - What sort of terms are these?.....No wonder Club Mahindra is able to take out such Big ads etc as they are Looting people with such tactics.

But I shall not rest this here and will take Legal action as I can see hundreds of fellow Indians suffering at the Hands of such fraud company.

As I expected, there has been NO RESPONSE from Club Mahindra except for a mail which said someone will get in touch with me on or before Dec 12th.

I take it upon myself to drag these to court and also to write to Mahindra Group Board so that they can see how their corporate reputation is going to Dogs.
