on 25th August 2009, in Saharagunj mall Lucknow, i was called for a free gift as
i had filled a form distributed by your people. in your office i met Mr
Ritesh Kapoor who described the club mahindra membership plans. after
hearing him i opted for the membership

During my conversation with mr Ritesh i was never told that
1. RCI membership is valid only for two years
2. confirmation for upper season booking will be done only before 15
days of booking date


After ****ysing all the factors and my financial condition i concluded
that the membership is not suitable for me. therefore i decided to
return the membership.

i talked to Ritesh about returning the membership on 09.09.09, then he
told me that it could be returned within 10 days for full refund, and
now 25% amount will be deducted. even then i requested to cancell my
membership on the same day by email to feedback. after two days i got a
call to confirm the cncellation and cofirmed the same.

on 03.10.2009 i received a packet containing your membership kit and
rules for membership. here i came to know that after 10 days no refund
will be paid which was very shocking for me as i was never told about
this clause, neither by mr Ritesh nor your customer relation executives
(even during cancellation confirmation call). i came to know about this
on that day only after reading rules.

i called to customer relations regarding this. i was told that my
cacellation is under progress with no refund (again shoking). as i was
never told about this neither by mr Ritesh (who told that 25% amount
will be deducted) nor your customer relation executive during
cacellation call.


Then I visited your Lucknow branch office and
explained everything to Mr Anshuman Singh. then a I was assured that my
money will be refunded to me. In the month of October,09 I was informed
that necessary approvals have been taken and my money will be refunded
to me within 45 days.

But even after 3 months i got no refund. when I called the Lucknow
office i was informed that system status is no refund and
no amount will be refunded. Then again I called Mr Singh to inform the
same in mid March,2010 . He again assured me that he is taking up the
matter and i will get refund by 15th May.meanwhile i called in your
branch office and a lady confirmed me that she has got approvals and
refund is in progress.

But again i got a call on 20th May from Ms Nisha that there is no
refund. again i informed mr anshuman singh and again he assured me that
he will look into the matter.

but in jyly 2010 i have got a mail saying that there will be no refund
and i should withdraw my cancellation request.

i have sent this mail many times to branch head Mr Sandeep Kapoor, every time i got a receipt that mail has been read but i got no reply from him.

i wrote to their customer care on 26th nov and got a reply that my membership has been cancelled from their side without any refund.

It has been a long time following the matter.i have been fooled my club officers. please guide me.

I m also facing the same problem. club officials on telephone promised me to refund the deposits and instalments but till the date no answer and no refund.
my member ship id is 1892033.cheque for rs. 16031 is deposited on 29/05/10 and three instalments for rs. 12267 (4089 *3)) is also deposited .I will be very much thankful to you if u make this refund possible.
If it is not possible then suggest me for further step.
