Hi. I am a member of a premier international timeshare club that provides advise on holiday destinations, resorts and also arranges for a booking of a holiday. Recently I did a booking with this company and paid the exchange fees during my telephone with their adviser to complete the transaction. However, the disclosures pertaining to the resort terms and conditions were not clearly informed to me. This I was able to verify through the telephone recording held by the company. This disclosures were not accurately provided. On the basis of the information provided I confirmed the booking. Incase I now cancel, the exchange fee that I have paid shall not be refundable. Besides the company does not acknowledge their error.
On the above information, is there any assistance I can get from the consumer court or legal help?
