    Thumbs down Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd.

    MD,
    Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan,
    I Mr. Rahul S. Salvi have applied for new Holiday Package on the Website registration no MI212 but very bad experienced I have faced with your staff.
    Sr. Manager (Anup Singh) of Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. His behavior is very rude with me.
    He has no respect for new customers. His behavior is so rude & has the nasty mouth. He's a non-compliance executive.
    I have applied for new holiday package, & same day Anup had called me to fix my appointment. I told him to send your executive on Tuesday 07/02/2012 at my office address.
    Today 07 Feb 2012, Naimesh Pawaskar has came to my office & told me about holiday package in a short why because I have to go for my urgent meeting, So I spoke to Anup & told him to send his executive at 3.30pm at my residence address.
    At 3.30pm executive came to my place & explained me in brief, the way he explained was excellent, & I would like to take holidays plan the way he explained.
    I request to Anup to give me two days time to think for after that I will issue 15% amount cheque or DD, & for remaining amount I will go for EMI option but he is in no position to listen my words & the way he talked to me is very rude & nasty. He demanding me to pay visit charges Rs.500/- or else issue him cheque of Rs.19000/-
    It was a typical GUNDAGARDI behavior call.
    It is a shameless company treating new customers like this. I will never ever use any Sterling Holiday’s products in my life and will make sure no one else does.
    I request strong and severe action be taken against this fellow for this type of behavior & I want apology letter from Anup for this type of behavior.
