Hello,

I bought a apple ipod shuffle and the sound quality was low. I went to crown interior faridabad, showed them the bill which had a 2 yr warranty and I was told that ear phone will be replaced from lajpat nagar and I received the following email from them-

"You have been submitted one ear phone for replacement of sound problem in our office.

We checked and found the ear phone is giving low sound in left side of the ear phone. But this ear phone comes with sound control (with Mic) . this cannot change under warranty. This iPod comes with Mic ear phone. Kindly pick up the same from our office. In case you purchase separately pls provide us for the bill so that we can claim for the same."
