I had a terrible experience with these guys. I had some problem in my Kodak camera. I happened to enquire these people for the Servicing of the camera. They claimed that they also have the facility to service the camera apart from mobile phone selling & servicing. I believed them & handed over my camera to them. They said they will open it & see & will inform me on the cost of servicing. & they claimed this exercise will take them 1-2 days.

Even after the repeated follow ups by me, response i got from them was nil for couple of weeks. One fine day they called me & told that this camera can not be repaired & asked me to collect it back. To tell this they took more than 20 days.I collected the camera back without the pouch. They told that i have not given the pouch at the time of handing over the camera. But finally they agreed & got the pouch at last, for with they took another week.

The agony doesn't end here. When i took my The worst part of the whole episode was when i took my camera to some authorized service center, they found out some of the parts including memory card are missing & some of the parts are damaged purposefully.Now either i have buy new camera or get it repaired for which the cost of repair is going to be almost the cost of camera.

I thought i should bring this to consumer forum and teach lesson to this cheaters & get back the things that i have lost( money & time)
