    Thumbs down Compare infobase ltd

    This company will go down sooner or later.
    Its culture is such that hard working people are always ignored in comparison to the sweet talkers.
    Simar is such sort sited person, anybody can fool him, he wants to see the people near by him only. In my short tenure with compare i saw a lot of useless people eating up the most valuable post.
    There managers don't have manners. Even some people without any technical knowledge managing technical people. They are ready to pay more to new people but can't respect who are doing their bit for the company.

    I got so much frustrated here that i take up a job with less package. Its great feeling, it feels like i am escaped from the hell.
    Take everything in written if you like to join this company. Every thing means every thing.Because they have a history of turning their back to the promises they made.Hr there was just like data entry operator. They don't have fixed policy for diff individuals they have diff policy.
    Even their site shows wrong data , As per my knowledge they have strength not more than 200. You can chech it on infobase.in

    Yes very right dear

    i have seen some people always enjoying and few always working.
    All are womanizers. Few people their grow very fast, you know who and why and the hard workers kicked off. There mostly you will find new and that also freshers. There is so much discrimination that people give up to compromise after a time.

    Oh yes even at our times also, I haven't seen any replacement for an experienced guy with an experienced one. There is always a fresher in place. And they promote any body, which they like and deserving one's like to quit instead of get humiliation.
    I think they don't have any criteria for any thing. The real problem with them is the senior people don't have the required knowledge, they are holding because of their long association with the company.I grantee that 80 percent of them won't get job with 50 percent of their salary.
    Even the assistants have a lot of say in the company. You can easily make out what can happen in such situations.

    What a hell this company is, a dead end
    No salary in time no facility and then harassment at work and keep following you upto your home.

    Working environment is like, everybody is trying to kill you. no salary , no appraisals but need work at any cost. False promises always. Hr department is like a group of liers.

    This company is blacklisted, I was rejected in my last round in accenture because of this.

    They clearly told me that this is blacklisted company sorry, we can't hire you.

    So guys its on you i won't say anything , check this first.
