    Default Complaint agianst LG Electroinic after sales and service

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I have purchased a new LG fully automatic washing machine in the month of Dec.Now the washing machine is in warrant period. My machine is not working properly in automatic mod e thats why i register my complaint in LG electronic customer care center through phone and they registered my complaint with the complaint number but nobody receive my complaint till today.
    I want to register a complaint against LG electronics India Pvt Ltd company because I am getting frustrated from the customer care services. LG electronics India Pvt. Ltd company is giving very poor service to his customers after sales.

    Default lg ac complaint

    I purchased a L G split A C last year in March 2010 and practically i used this only Last summer for few months and It is very strange that this year when the summer start and I turned on the A C on April 2011 it didnot work. It was not cooling and when I complained in your service centre your service engineer came and checked it twice and they told us that the CONDONSOR is BURST and also the Gas is Leaked and they gave us estimate that Rs.4000/- approx we have to pay for repairing and Gas. This is very surprising for me to believe that I bought the L G A Prestigious Company Pruduct with Higher price and just after the Warrenty Period Expire the A C Stop working. How can we imagine that the such a prestigious company cheating like this with innocent people like us.Before going on for further controversery I would like to request you to please look into the matter and do the needful in my favour and get my AC in working order so that I can have faith on L G products.     Terrible after sales service from LG.New Fridge bought in april 2011.Top door does not close properly. Plastic of seperator cracked.Vegetable tray does not open properly.Mechanic visited on 8th June 2011.Says will get spare parts after a few days.Still no sign of the spare part.Mechanic visited today and he comes to just to have alook at the fridge.There seems to be no coordination between service centre mechanics and call centre.Latest complaint no is RNA 110630027408.
    I will never ever recommenrd anybody to buy a LG product.

    Default Complaint regarding non functioning of Micro Oven Model No. MC-7840UL BAMQEEL

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    It is to inform you that I had purchased a LG Micro Oven Model No MC-7840UL BAMQEEL vide Tax invoice No. 5783 dated 24/12/2010 from Mittal Electonics, Rishra Distt. Hooghly, West Bengal at cost of Rs. 11,500/-(inclusive of Vat 13.5%). Incidentally, the above kitchen appliances had started giving problem due to non functioning of "START BUTTON"(Touch Screen). The problem was developed in the last two weeks. The above matter was reported to LG Customer Service Centre over phone to the toll free No. 1800-180-9999 . The complaint No. allotted to me was RNA-110906048323 dated 06/09/2011 and the person who received the call confirmed me that approved service engineer of the Agency would visit my house within 24 hours to attend the complaint. Accordingly, the service engineer, visited my house on 08/09/2011 and reported us that "START BUTTON"(Touch Screen) had gone out of order, and needs replacement. But he had expressed his inablity to repair it due to non-availablity of spare parts(chip). He had also told that he is not in a position to say how long it would take to rectify the problem as the parts was not available in to the stock of the company. It is very surprising that a simple parts is not available in the stoct of reputed company like LG Electronics. He had not get signed any complaint attending documents from us in supprot of attending complaints as a normal practice of every Agency.

    I hope, this kind of prictice is a vary neglected approach of attending complaint from any customer.

    With all humility, I would request you to take further necessary action in this regard.
