Dear Sir,
I had purchased three wrist watches(one gents and two ladies) from the World of titan Borivili West 0n12- 4 10.
After about 10 days the gents watch model no 1942ymos stopped working. on coming back to India in may I visited the shop on 29th may and complained . Two representatives from the shop Mr Amit and mr. Girish attended to the complaint and gave me back the said wrist watch in working condition. while one said that the cell was changed the other said he fixed some loose tools. After about two hours when ii returned home to Borivili east I found that the watch stopped working again. After this i made several complains through email to the various departments of titan but so far i have received no response from them. Hence i thoght to register my complaint to your society.I shall appreciate if my complaint is registered to to your forum.
