Sir as I have purchased a new ac of voltas from M/s Baria Electronics, Talab Tillo, Jammu. When i checked it on my home there is some fault in the new ac at the same time i request the dealer to change the ac but he refused to change the ac and asked me to book an complaint for ac. Sir than i complained under complaint no. 10MY0402520 to the Company;s toll free no. 18002664555 but sir nothing has been done, then i again complaint many times on the same complaint no. but there is no good result from the service centre, now sir a few days back my ac start triping after 15 mins than i again complaint under the same complaint no. but the result is same now today when i on my ac there is no cooling either the compressor cannot start or some other fault than doday i again complaint under complaint no. 10MY02900765. Sir in the total time period of one month my ac cannot run smoothly for even a week. So Sir kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the company so that i can;t suffer more

I have purchased Ac on 28-5-2009 from NANRA GIFT CENTRE NURMAHAL DISTT JALANDHAR . The demo was given to me by ROYAL AIR CONDITIONER Jalandhar. I requested many times to Dealer as well as Royal shopkeeper for Ac services But its very painful to explain you that no one bother me. During its warranty period no one visit at my clinic for its services. You are requested to take early & necessary step against the defaulters & make its services as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
The complaint of mine of VOLTAS 1.5 TON AC (WINDOW), VERTIS PLUS. Serial no.-31487 has been attended by the company service engineer on date 26 june,2010 and copy of free service coupon has handed over to him for further neccesary action. Still awaiting for second free service which is due and should be attended by the company as per schedule.
Action taken against the dealer may kindly be intemated to me for customer satisfaction.

Sir as I have purchased a new ac of voltas from M/s Jolly Sales Corp, Patiala, Punjab. When i checked it on my home there is some fault and found no remote and tray in the new ac box, at the same time i request the dealer to give me remove and tray, but he refused and say that the fault of the company no remote and tray therein the ac box and asked me to book an complaint for AC and he has also noted complaint. After one day the Engineer has came to my home n 5-6 remove in their hand and say to choose one of which but remote is not working and no match. Sir than i complained under complaint no. 11MY0402839 to the Company;s toll free no. 18002664555 but sir nothing has been done, then i again complaint no. 11MY0701064 but no further response from the service centre. Sir in the total time period of 15 days my ac cannot run without remove . So Sir kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the company so that i can't suffer more.

Purchased a split AC recently from Croma, Rohini, Delhi. Fan unit is making multiple noises inspite of being already repaired once. 2nd complaint is going to deaf ears of Voltas (customer care) and their service providers for our area M/s Ginny Aircon. Everyday, I am getting promise of being attended and we just end up spoiling our day for nothing. They, specially Ginny people seems to be making just fool of customers.
I am really concerned if this is the response of so called Ethical Group - Tatas, what is in store for us in India.
If some body senior in Voltas cares for customers, they may tighten up their belts else they would be regretting at liesure.

I am VISHAL GUPTA from NARWANA (HARYANA).I have purchased a split ac on 29 march 2011.I have complint about it and my complaint no. is 11sp1902190.Franchisee is nopt attending the complaint. Mr. Raghvender kumar and franchisee(Mayank Gupta) has sent me mail that they will make my ac ok in 2-3 days but its already 10 days and they are not making my ac repair.I think i have to go to consumer court now. I have heard so many complaints regarding worst services offered by voltas AC's. There are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
