This is regarding a complaint for my A/C service. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with your AFTER SALES SERVICES
I called up Samsung helpline number yesterday at 10.30 am to call an agent for A/C servicing. I was told that the engineer would call me in half an hour and let me know the time he would arrive.
I did not receive any call and throughout the day, I called up the Samsung helpline number 6 times and every time they told me that the agent has been aligned and he would visit soon, however, there was no response. They even gave me the service center’s number (don’t know why though), however, even they didn’t pick up the phone. Its not my job to follow up with the service center to send an agent.
Today again I called up and was told that someone would call me back soon, again there hasn’t been any response.
This is a clear lack of ownership at the end of Samsung and completely unacceptable. When I buy something from Samsung, the least that I expect is good after-sales service which I have not received.
It doesn’t matter to the customer whose miss it is. For me, it’s a FAILURE ON SAMSUNG’s PART, that’s it.
I don’t think I would ever want to buy anything from Samsung now and would spread this word of mouth to everyone who seeks my advice while buying any Samsung product.
Its been 4 days now and there hasnt been no resolution. Need help.
