i have purchased a contech weighing machine from the company's sales executive under the distributer vaman instuments company under a gaurantee period of one year on 12th april 2010.however the machine got auto off problem so the engineer came and repaired the switch again the ssecond day the machine got the same problem and now the sales person is telling us that it will not get exchanged it will only get repaired since it is in the warranty period and not the gaurantee period but i have a proof that the salesmen who sold me the machine has as gaurantee of one year on the gaurantee card so what shold i do for the same pls reply
