Dear All,

I bought new i Pod Touch from Croma shop located in ahmedabad at himalaya mall, satelite. I asked for i pod touch 3g, but after few days my i pod touch screen went white. so i went to surat croma shop where they told me that they do not provide service kind of thing and they send me to a shop called Neoterik. but when they logged my call i found that my i pod is 2G instead of 3G. Knowing this i went to ahmedabad croma, where i told them my story. inspite of doing any investigation they commited that they will provide me status of all thius scenario after few days. but they never revert back after so many follow ups. and in last they told me that i have changed the i pod model and simply trying to get new ipod from them. they were started to accusing me on this. kindly tell me what to do. i am never gonna buy anything from croma... again, thanks and help me out.
