Godrej the worst service provider. I bought a 5 star rated Godrej EON split ac last month and after second day of installation I am facing water leakage problem in the internal ac unit. The service center is pathetic . I am calling them from 24th April but no response. There provide smart care by smartly fooling the people that engineer will visit within 24 hrs. I have spent my hard earned money. So I wont accept any degraded product. Even if I have to go to consumer court.
I have posted it here on fb so that people don buy this product as i did and company should know the quality of their products.

I bought a godrej a/c. i worked well for a while. But suddenly there was a leakage from the indoor unit. I called the service centre and complained. They said that the call will be forwarded to the service. I called the very next day and found that a service engineer has been assigned. Since that time I have called a dozen times over 4 days and no one has called as yet but i get the same answer. There is no one taking responsibility for these failures. I hope the buyers of this product are aware of this service inaction.
