This is to inform that the Electrolux refrigerator purchased by me has a problem of cooling i.e it does not cool at all. It Model No is EEP173/EEL173, Ser No 094500758, PNG No 925040324, purchased
from Bharat General Stores, Krishna Lane , Parli Vaijnath, Dist. Beed, Maharashtra State, India, purchased on 13.03.2010. The same problem has been attended
for 6 times. The details of the complaints are as follows

All these complaints are during the warranty period. The fridge has faced the same problem 7 times. I had requested M/s Electrolux to arrange for a replacement due to defecticve parts . But the Electrolux service Centre at Jalgaon said that they would replace all the parts. They have disconnected all the parts i.e freezer box, the rear condenser tubes etc. For the last 3 months Iam following up with the service centre i.e M/s Refrigeration & Air Conditioning ( Prop) Mr Ranjeet Raghunath Deshpande - Ph 0257- 2221868 keeps giving some or the other excuses and is delaying the work. I have spent not less than Rs 1000/= on this follow up for the last 1 year . I request you to attend to my grievance , since there is no one to listen to my complaints and arrange for a replacement from the principal company.
