i bought artis speakers .for a weeks time its worked propoerly,but after that it was like dabba.i had called to mumbai office to manisha and more executive.they were very rude,they denied to take complaints,and also they were not provide me complaint number.they said that they will not provide services direct to customer.After the discussion they were ready to give me new speakers in weeks time,but they took 25 days ,however they returned to me that same speakers only they clean that speakrs and returned to me.
Their executive said me that this is new speakers.
artis speakes company is fraud ,they give falls commitments.
