On 23rd September 2010, I, Col R K Mishra, purchased three Haier geysers. Along with the geysers, it was promised to me that all the three geysers will be fitted in my house at no cost within 48 hours. Haier then sent a rep who came unprepared for the job. He spoke of some special kind of pipe for fitting, the cost of which was Rs 200 each, which was borne by me. Also, he did not come with the safety valve. So much for free customer service as Haier claims.
Now it has been over a week, and all I get to hear when I call up your customer care centers is a person is been sent. Well I have not seen that person in 7 days now.
Haier claiming to be the 25th best company, looks like all they can do is make tall claims; as the service is shoddy and low.
The reps sent by them have their own agenda and trying to make money out of the customers.
Without safety valves, I cannot get this repaired myself from other people.
I am disgusted with this. Recommend people not to buy anything from Haier
