Dear Sir,
Due to the neglegence by the Sansui Customer Care I am suffering very badly as I am doing a small business of Share trading which is suffering due to the non responsive behaviour of Sansui customer care which is under VIdeocon Group. I have written lots of mail to the customer care of Videocon and told them about the problem which I am facing due to non coorperated behaviour of their customer care and I also informed them about the damage which was made to my brand new LCD due to unresponsible and non caring behaviour of service centre staff, they broke my LCD's penal by them self and after that they are demanding Rs 19000/- to repair it which is not possible for the me who is a layman and works very hard to buy the luxurious good like LCD. I wrote many mails & called customer care centre for this damamge but nobody respond to my problem and due to misfunctioning of my LCD I am suffering very badly I am facing huge loss in my business. So, please gelp me out in this matter. I want to file a case against VIDeocon group for the harrasement and non helping behaviour because it is now 2-3 months are gone in following them for the justice.
